Shipping / Processing

Processing Order:

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday), after we receive payment. You will be notified of the shipment of your package along with the tracking number as soon as the package is sent out. Orders placed on a holiday, a Saturday or Sunday, or after 3 PM Eastern Time on a regular business day will be shipped the next business day.

All orders are shipped with US Postal Service First-Class Mail®, Priority Mail® or Priority Mail Express®. MyPerfumesUSA will not be responsible for delays in the shipment of your order, while the package is in transit. Also note that MyPerfumesUSA will not be responsible for shipping errors related to incorrect shipping addresses. If your package is returned to us marked as "Refused", "Unclaimed", or "Undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, you will be charged the applicable shipping fee.

International Shipping Rates and Times:

All orders are shipped with US Postal Service First-Class Mail® International ( Online  tracking to certain countries), Priority Mail® International (Online Tracking Worldwide) or Priority Mail Express® International (Online Tracking Worldwide). All duties, customs fees and brokerage charges for shipments are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for information prior to purchase. We may, at our discretion, limit the purchase amount of international sales. MyPerfumesUSA will not be responsible for delays in the shipment of your order, while the package is in transit. Damaged or Lost Packages:

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery, if your item arrived damaged. We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after three (3) business days. You must keep all contents and packaging for 15 business days. All claims against the common carrier will be made by us. Failure to keep all contents and packaging will result in the non-payment of claim.
