Returns / Exchanges


Returns or Exchanges:
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item that has been used, opened, not in its original condition or damaged in any way is non-returnable.

You must contact us via email to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and a return address for your return. Return authorization number should be displayed clearly on the package where it can be seen easily. Items with no return authorization number, improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

Preparing a return:

1.   Include the original or a copy of your invoice.

2.   Make sure the item is in perfect re-sellable condition, in its original box and not damaged in any way to ensure full credit.

3.   Write your return authorization number clearly on the package where it can be seen easily.  

4.   Ship your item with a trackable service and request a “Delivery Confirmation” to guarantee that your shipment has reached its destination.

 

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved**, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

** (Please keep in mind that we rely on mutual trust on the items returned to us. We have no way of knowing the condition of the item before we receive the package and open it. If the return item is not in its original condition, used or damaged in any way you may be responsible for additional deductions.)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
